Top quality workmanship
Extreme attention to detail
Clean MVR with a premium for a class A CDL
Ability to perform as a mechanic or technician
Ability to perform DOT inspections
Preform and clearly document the inspection with pictures
Ability to maintain a clean workspace
As always, any experience with MDI, wiTec h, IDS diagnostic platforms are a plus

Demonstrate competency with diagnostic gauges to diagnose pressures
Experience and insight to diagnose mechanical issues and develop a repair plan
Experience required
Experience with class 6-8 trucks required
Experience with air brakes and trailers required
Experience with class 2-5 trucks a plus
Welding and fabrication experience is a plus
Make any and all repairs required for DOT compliance
- Preform and clearly document the inspection with pictures

- Ability to foresee future problems and triage the urgency of repairs needed
Some Familiarity with factory diagnostic platforms
1) Navistar SDS
2) Cummins Insite
3) Paccar Davie 4
4) Experience with Texa, or Jaltest aftermarket diagnostic tools a plus
